Five Seroptics fleet sites switch to one working sign-up form (Oct 2026)
Oct 8, 2026 · SEROPTICS · By Anthony R. Perlas
On Oct 7, 2026, five Seroptics fleet sites replaced sign-up paths that did not reach anyone: forms that kept details only in the visitor’s browser, a brief visitors had to copy and email themselves, and a news desk with no tip form.
Each site now opens the same short Google Form with its brand filled in, so every request reaches the desk. FLUX uses it for applications, Perlas University for its waitlist, OPELVME for audit details next to its calendar, SP Hunt for scoped research quotes and LaTLmes for news tips.
Each site was checked with a fresh load after publishing. Nothing is charged through the form, and a Perlas University waitlist entry is not enrollment.
